In the beginning of the movie we see that Black Panther is no more, meaning he is gone. After that, his mother takes over the reins. But in this movie, a different kind of romance is shown. A creature emerges from the sea and he is the villain of this movie and in a way, he is not even a villain because he wants to protect his country.

And the government of that country is after platinum. But neither does Wakanda want to give it to them. But neither do the people of the sea want to give it to them and in the same process they kidnap the girls who have made a machine detector which finds the related rules.

Overall this movie is quite good but the sister of Black Panther, who later becomes Black Panther, and the girl with him, Holi, also does a great job in this movie, which is commendable.
